1. How do you estimate the cost of service?
123 has an automated system that automatically computes the cost of service depending on the answers of the customer on the online booking form. The system will ask the customer some questions and our algorithm calculate cost based on those answers. Automatically, the customer will get a price quotation for the service requested. Our system then finds them an available expert in their location.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards ( such as Visa/MC/AMEX ), debit cards, or electronic forms of payment recognized by our system.)

3. Who provides the work tools?
123 technicians equipped with all necessary tools to complete the task. The customer should give clear instructions as to the type of task that must be done prior to completing the booking.

4. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of booking is possible when made 24 hours prior to the appointment. Refund will take 3-7 business days depending on customer bank policy. If cancellation is made on the day of the appointment, cancellation charges will apply. For cancellations, Customer must contact our call center.

5. Is there a warranty to your work?
We offer a 90 days labor warranty of our work provided within certain specifications with the type of job. Materials from sources recommended by our company are backed by manufacturer’s guarantee. We cannot provide warranty on materials provided by the customer.

6. What are your service hours?
Our online system available 24/7. We understand that emergencies can happen any time. Our system can help you find an available technician who can respond to your service needs, Technicians required to respond to any call within an hour of receiving the job. However, there will be extra charges for night work (after 6pm), weekends and holidays.
